Appodeal is looking for a Head of Publishing to lead and grow our Accelerator program . This is a strategic leadership role for someone with deep expertise in mobile game publishing, user acquisition, and monetization. The ideal candidate will drive the execution of our accelerator strategy, manage key partnerships, and optimize performance to ensure long‑term success.
As Head of Publishing , you will be responsible for expanding our portfolio, maximizing revenue, and ensuring that our games achieve their full market potential. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop a thriving publishing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Publishing Strategy: Develop and execute a scalable and data‑driven strategy for game publishing,



ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Portfolio Growth: Identify and onboard high‑potential game titles, working with developers to enhance their marketability, monetization, and performance.
- Market & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyzing competitor strategies and emerging opportunities to refine our publishing approach.
- P&L; Management: Oversee the financial performance of the publishing unit, ensuring profitable growth and optimal resource allocation.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Monetization, User Acquisition teams to ensure seamless execution and performance optimization.
- Partner & Developer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with game developers, fostering long‑term partnerships.
