About the role
The Senior Enterprise Applications Specialist plays a critical role in shaping, stabilising and evolving Vinarchy’s enterprise application landscape. Acting as a senior functional and technical specialist, this role bridges complex business needs with scalable technology solutions ERP, IBP, workflows and enterprise integration platforms, specifically JDE. Working closely with IT Operations, IT Solutions, business stakeholders and external support partners,



the role provides deep functional expertise, leads solution design, and ensures high‑quality delivery, stability and continuous improvement of enterprise systems. The position requires strong analytical capability, technical understanding of integrations and data flows, and the ability to operate confidently in complex, multi‑system environments.
Key responsibilities Include:
Solution Design and Functional Leadership
- Lead the analysis and definition of complex business requirements across ERP, IBP, workflows and enterprise integration platforms.
- Translate business needs into high quality functional and non functional specifications aligned to enterprise architecture and best practice principles.
- Design end to end functional solutions, including process flows, data dependencies and integration touchpoints.
- Provide expert input into ERP and integration design decisions to improve scalability, performance and business outcom
