Role
The e-Compliance Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of electronic invoicing and electronic reporting solutions. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and delivering functional specifications that align with organizational goals. The BA assesses needs and demands from multiple stakeholders, analyzes impact across business lines, translates them into documented requirements, and supports prioritization. The BA follows agreed standards and applies appropriate techniques to analyze and document applications and business requirements, facilitates the definition of high-level and detailed functional designs, defines acceptance criteria,



reviews and validates testing plans, and oversees UAT. The BA works with technical teams to ensure specifications are understood and supports the creation of training materials and a knowledge base of application features. The BA contributes to the demand management process by analyzing business requirements and maintaining insight into the backlog of demands in their area of competence, including improvement opportunities, requested changes, required upgrades and technology refresh initiatives. The BA also supports Service Managers when required by providing information or clarifications on functional requests related to the services provided.
