We are looking for a Sales representative, general and Plastic Surgery to launch a new product line. The primary function is to launch, present and sell this portfolio to Surgeons in public and private accounts. This responsibility includes analyzing your sales territory, creating a business plan for commercial launch, and subsequently executing the plan which enables you to exceed the sales quota. As part of this product launch, we will operate under an incubator model. You will report to the Sales Manager, Breast&Plastic;, EU.
Responsibilities
- Identifying key market players (scientific societies, opinion leaders, high potential customers)
- Defining and implementing an action plan in your territory to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives, with a focus on key accounts
- Building and nurturing trusted relationships with key accounts
- Supporting them in the trial and adoption of our products
- Delivering a high level of service and partnership to ensure customer and patient satisfaction
- Contributing to the organization of events (congresses, masterclasses, etc.)




- Participating in product listing processes in the institutions under your responsibility
- Collaborating and working in synergy with BD colleagues on strategic accounts
- Conducting competitive intelligence
- Managing the development of your territory via a CRM (Salesforce), where you will enter information daily (opportunities, contacts, events)

Requirements
- Proven track record in selling high‑value medical devices and building strong relationships within hospital environments, particularly in surgical settings.
- Entrepreneurial and results‑driven mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, grow business, and drive customer adoption of innovative solutions.
