Customer Service Representative (Spain)
Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative for our entity in Spain, located in Barcelona, you will support our customers with professionalism throughout the entire process and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Provide timely and accurate information on deliveries, stock levels, and backorders
Collaborate with internal teams and product specialists to ensure smooth order processing
Manage invoices, credit notes, and product returns efficiently and accurately
Maintain data accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with internal guidelines
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the onboarding of new team members
Your Profile




Proven experience in a Customer Service or administrative role, preferably in an international environment
Experienced with MS Office is a must, experience with Oracle is a plus
Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
Fluent in Spanish paired with very good English skills is a requirement; both spoken/written (English at least B2)
Open-minded, communicative, and strongly customer-oriented personality, able to work efficiently under time pressure and changing demands
Proactive, organized, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
