Job Description You will ensure that the company's operational processes (develop, fulfil, support and source) comply with the quality assurance requirements, standards and internal or third?party certification/approvals as defined in the Quality Management System (QMS) and quality plan for hardware/software/services.
You will assure quality rules implementation and ensure that industrial processes fulfill quality standard requirements.
You will contribute to investigations and root?cause analysis into reported quality/quality technical issues from the business team and customer, to ensure appropriate containment and archiving, corrective and curative action is taken by the accountable function through multifunctional teams.
Manage and execute the FAI plan prepared under the FAL scope.
Monitor deviations and propose an improvement plan.
Monitor reliability and repeatability of processes and the Quality Delegation Process, executing the Operational Surveillance Plan, monitoring deviations and proposing improvements.
Lead and manage the Quality Delegation Process for blue?collar staff and coordinate the Quality Processes to be followed at FAL linked to other areas (Engineering, Manf. Eng. MRB, Production).
Support production teams in resolving non?quality concerns quickly.
Validate product inspection plans and product non?conformities management until customer delivery.




This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
Skills
Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in Quality.
Experience in preventing FOD and managing non?conformities would be a plus.
Knowledge in PPS.
Team work.
Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
Advanced level in English and Spanish.
