At Ferrovial Digital Infrastructure (FDI), we specialize in the development of data center assets, from powered‑land search and acquisition to DC design, construction, and maintenance, and we are always looking for the most efficient and sustainable solutions.
FDI has acquired a land plot in Madrid for the development of a Data Center, and we are seeking a manager to lead the development, construction and commissioning of the electrical and other utilities infrastructure.
Additionally, the role may require assistance to FDI Projects Development Team within the Business Development and Strategy related activities.
The adecuado candidate will have a background in developing grid connection electrical infrastructure. The power & utilities manager will oversee the design and construction of HV/MV lines and substations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and energisation strategy. This role is critical to ensuring alignment with project timelines and the energisation strategy, requiring close coordination with stakeholders, contractors, and utilities.



This includes liaising with third parties such as stakeholders, distribution companies, and public administration to define next steps, establish timelines, and anticipate potential blockers.
Strong leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Additionally, the candidate will work closely with the Energy and Utilities team within Digital Infrastructure, actively supporting the Strategy and Business Development team.
