Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) – Dutch Market (Inbound)
Previous experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales
Confident handling of customer communication via chat, email, and phone
Strong interest in software solutions and digital tools
Customer-focused, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Well-organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in
Dutch (Level C2)
and
English (Level C1)
You'll be the
first point of contact
for Dutch-speaking and international B2B customers, handling their inquiries via
live chat, email, and phone
With a
solution-oriented mindset , You'll support customers on
technical and product-related questions




Every interaction matters – You'll ensure all details are
accurately documented
and
customer data in the CRM
stays current
Working hand in hand with
sales, product, and technical team s, You'll help create a
