As part of our growth, we are looking for a Labor & Employment Lawyer (m/f/d) to join our Labor Relations Spain team, performing the following tasks:

YOUR TASKS

- Provide legal advice on labor and employment matters related to employment relationships and human resources management, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor legislation
- Support the implementation of new labor regulations by advising stakeholders and collaborating in the deployment of measures arising from regulatory changes
- Draft, review, and advise on employment-related documentation including contracts, agreements, policies, internal communications, and other labor law documents
- Support the defense of the Company in administrative and judicial proceedings, including labor inspections and employment litigation, and represent the Company before labor authorities and courts when applicable
- Coordinate and collaborate with external law firms to ensure effective legal support and alignment with the Company's labor relations strategy

YOUR PROFILE

- Bachelor's Degree in Law (mandatory),



for foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Labor & Employment Law
- Experience in a leading law firm and/or multinational company will be highly valued
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and employment relations
- Experience in labor litigation, labor inspections, and administrative proceedings
- Strong drafting, analytical, and legal advisory skills
- Medium to high level of English is valued
