AI‑native engineer who will own critical pieces of the operating system for regulation we are building at Reversa. Extreme ownership and close work with the three co‑founders.
Responsibilities
Own critical engineering components of a integral regulatory knowledge graph infrastructure, design and implement large‑scale retrieval systems, LLM agent architectures, distributed databases, or unstructured data pipelines. Build code from week one, shape product direction, and deliver first versions that maintain ownership branding into the company.
Qualifications
- Builder DNA – ex‑founder, ex‑early‑engineer, or having shipped serious things for real users.
- Strong technical background in Mathematics, AI, Computer Science,
Engineering or similar – or proven experience delivering serious projects.
- Deep experience with at least one of: large‑scale knowledge graphs, retrieval systems, LLM agent architectures, distributed databases, or unstructured data pipelines at scale.
- AI‑native mindset – built real agents, understands limitations of current market offerings.
- Insatiable curiosity, relentless high agency, and desire to push the team beyond current limits.
Location & Compensation
Location: Madrid. Remote work flexible on a case‑by‑case basis. Compensation: €40‑50k + equity.
