Our team is highly international and multilingual, reflecting the global nature of Barcelona's luxury real estate market and clientele. We are currently seeking an International Luxury Rental Advisor with a proven track record in luxury sales, rentals, business development, or client relationship management. This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial individual who enjoys building relationships, creating business opportunities, and working with international and high-net-worth clients relocating to or living in Barcelona.

and cross-border collaboration opportunities. Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with local and international rental clients

Source and manage luxury rental properties throughout Barcelona and surrounding areas

Conduct property presentations, meetings, and private viewings with professionalism and discretion

Guide clients throughout the entire rental process, from property search to contract signing

Develop new business opportunities and relationships with property owners within the luxury rental market

Collaborate with the marketing team on social media, branding initiatives, events, and property launches

Develop a strong personal brand and professional network both in Barcelona and internationally

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Barcelona’s luxury residential market and lifestyle sector

Deliver a client-focused experience aligned with The Agency’s general standards and culture Requirements

Previous experience in luxury sales, rentals, business development, or relationship management

Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, private banking, yachting, automotive, relocation, or other premium sectors is highly valued

Fluent English is required

Spanish is highly preferred

Additional languages will be considered a strong advantage

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills





Highly professional presentation and understanding of luxury client service

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong business development abilities An existing local or international network will be considered a significant advantage

Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate

Registered as autónomo in Spain or willing to register as a self-employed professional

Comfortable working in a commission-based environment Independent Contractor Model
