Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cleaner role based in Onteniente. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, corridors, common areas, and, where applicable, storage or service spaces.

Daily tasks may include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash and recycling, cleaning windows and surfaces, and restocking supplies such as soap, paper products, and other consumables. The role also involves following cleaning schedules, using cleaning products and equipment safely, reporting any maintenance or safety issues, and complying with health, safety, and environmental guidelines. The Cleaner is expected to work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors, support special cleaning projects when needed, and ensure that all areas are presentable for staff and visitors throughout the workday.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks to a consistent standard, including floor care, surface cleaning, restroom sanitation, and waste disposal.




- Basic understanding of safe use, storage, and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment, with attention to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to follow cleaning schedules, prioritize tasks, and complete duties within assigned timeframes.
- Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to follow clear instructions and procedures.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items as needed for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required; training can be provided for motivated candidates.
- Basic communication skills to understand instructions and report issues; ability to maintain a professional and respectful attitude with colleagues and visitors.
