With a proactive and forward‑thinking mindset, you drive continuous improvement while keeping people, safety and performance at the centre. /p h3bWhat You'll Do /b /h3 pAs Head of Site, you will lead the overall management of the Tordera RD Centre, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations while fostering a strong site culture and high team engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: /p ul liLeading the day‑to‑day operations of the Tordera site, ensuring safety, compliance and operational effectiveness /li liActing as the senior site leader and ambassador of Suntory values, culture and leadership /li liManaging key site functions including pilot plant, maintenance, facilities, administration and health safety /li liLeading, developing and inspiring a multi‑disciplinary team, including direct management of key site leaders /li liDriving the Zero Harm programme across SBFE RD, embedding a strong safety‑first culture /li liCoordinating site engagement initiatives and building a positive, high‑performing site culture /li liRepresenting the organisation with local authorities, regulators,



partners and external stakeholders /li liAnimating the Tordera Leadership Team and contributing to broader RD objectives and strategy /li liEnsuring alignment between site activities and the wider SBFE and general RD network /li /ul h3bWhat You need to be successful /b /h3 ul liA university degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field /li liExtensive experience in the food or FMCG industry, including leadership of a site and RD environment /li liStrong knowledge of RD / Product Development /li liProven ability to lead, develop and engage high‑performing teams /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, both internally and externally /li liAbility to balance operational priorities with transformation and continuous improvement /li liFluency in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus) /li liExperience working in multi‑location and cross‑functional environments is an advantage /li /ul h3bOur DEI Commitment /b /h3 pAt Suntory, we recognize that diverse knowledge, perspectives, and backgrounds contribute to our collective success.
