ppIE Business Development – AMP Programs is looking for a Regional Director to join its team in Castilla y León or Asturias, preferably based in Valladolid, Burgos, or León. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Business Development /h3 ulliIdentify and establish commercial relationships with companies in the regions of Castilla y León and Asturias to promote IE Business School’s AMP programs. /liliCreate and execute strategies to attract qualified leads through marketing and networking activities. /liliManage and expand the network of contacts with executives and HR leaders of key companies in the region. /li /ul h3Corporate Relationship Management /h3 ulliDevelop strategic partnerships with companies that wish to train their executives and employees through AMP programs. /liliManage and nurture long‑term relationships with companies, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with the programs offered. /li /ul h3Lead Generation /h3 ulliActively prospect for new leads in the region and convert them into enrollment opportunities for AMP programs. /liliOrganize events, webinars, and networking activities that promote the visibility of AMP programs in the region. /li /ul h3Cross‑Selling of Programs /h3 ulliIdentify cross‑selling opportunities with other IE Business School Executive Education programs for both companies and participants. /liliPromote other relevant executive education programs to companies and executives, expanding the reach of IE Business School’s educational services in the region.



/liliWork closely with teams from other programs to ensure a tailored and comprehensive offering for clients. /li /ul h3Program Delivery /h3 ulliOversee the execution of AMP programs in the region, ensuring high service quality and compliance with IE Business School standards. /liliWork closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure proper program delivery. /liliEnsure that the needs and expectations of participants and companies are effectively met throughout the program implementation process. /liliManage the logistics of AMP programs in the region, ensuring a seamless experience for participants. /li /ul h3Analysis and Reporting /h3 ulliConduct regular analysis of commercial activities in the region and report to management on the progress of sales and business development objectives. /liliImplement data‑driven strategies to improve sales results and the acquisition of new clients. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Professional Experience /h3 ulliMinimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate relationship management, or delivery of training programs, preferably in the education sector or executive education. /liliExperience in managing and executing educational or training programs.



/liliExperience in cross‑selling or promoting multiple programs within an educational product portfolio. /li /ul h3Educational Background /h3 ulliBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
