LISTING EXECUTIVE Marbella, Spain Callum Swan Realty is a long-established real estate agency based on Marbella's Golden Mile, specialising in residential property across Marbella and the surrounding areas.
With more than 30 years of experience in the local market, we have built a strong reputation through long-term relationships, local knowledge and a personal approach to our work.
We are a small and experienced team and are looking for someone who will fit well within the business and grow with us over the long term.
The right candidate will receive guidance, support and training and will work closely with senior management across listings, valuations and client relationships.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Listing & Valuation Executive to join our team in Marbella.
This role focuses on sourcing quality property listings, carrying out property valuations and building strong relationships with owners across Marbella and the surrounding areas.
A strong understanding of the Marbella property market is essential, together with the ability to communicate confidently in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Source and secure quality property listings
Carry out property valuations with accuracy and market awareness
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and clients
Work closely with the sales team to ensure listings are presented to a high standard
Ensure property information, pricing and marketing materials remain current and accurate
Requirements
Proven experience within the Marbella real estate market
Strong knowledge of Marbella and the surrounding residential areas
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Professional, organised and self-motivated
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a small team
Experience in prime residential property is preferred
