JOB TITLE: IT Systems Administrator (Malpartida de Plasencia)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficient operation of company systems, networks, and Microsoft 365 services..

Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and network services
- Manage Microsoft 365, including user accounts, licenses, permissions, backups, and cost optimization
- Administer domains, DNS, MX records, and email services
- Configure and maintain secure remote access solutions (VPN, SSH, HTTPS)
- Support authentication and authorization systems, including SSL certificates, LDAP, SSO, and multi-factor authentication
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user issues
- Manage third-party software, licenses, and license servers
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures




- Document infrastructure, configurations, and IT processes
- Support the implementation of IT security best practices

Requirements

- + 3 years of experience and more as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Administrator, or similar role
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and IT infrastructure
- Experience with DNS, domains, email routing, and VPN technologies
- Understanding of authentication and access management technologies
- Experience with system monitoring and incident resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Malpartida de Plasencia (Extremadura)
