**Reporting & Leadership**:

- Reports to the Engineering, SGA Controller, and Capital Planning.

- Collaborates with finance teams across division plants and the **Valls Lear Admin Office**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and control investment projects in the Europe/Africa region.
- Support investment proposals and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee approval and purchasing processes for investment projects.
- Monitor capital appropriations and budget alignment.
- Track overdue sales transactions for plants and the **Valls Lear Admin Office**.
- Assist teams with investment proposal preparation and documentation.
