We are looking for an IT Support Technician to work on a project until at least May 2025 and in hybrid mode (2 days office, 3 teleworking), at a client in Cornellà de Llobregat.
**Essential Requirements**
- **Minimum training: intermediate level in one of the IT disciplines**:
- **Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position**:
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Receiving service tickets from the platform into the existing ticket management tool.
- Ticket analysis to determine whether it needs to be recategorized.
- Prioritization of incidents according to the requirements indicated in the service levels.
- Diagnosis and resolution of the incident by modifying the management platform or through individual intervention.
- Generate documentation and/or update existing procedures to reduce the percentage of incidents that reach this service.
- Management and coordination with the rest of the service towers to collaborate in defining the solution to incidents.
- Good level of English is essential.
**Valuable requirements**
- Networking skills.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of scripting in Powershell.
- Knowledge of drivers and peripherals.
**Working mode**
- Hybrid (2 days in the office and 3 days teleworking)
- Duration until 05/31/2025 with probable contract extension
**Economic conditions**
- SBA: 18,200€
