**Experienced EYFS/KS1 Class Teacher - Immediate Start**

This post is for our Infant and Primary school in Maspalomas where we have children from 3-11 years of age. From here, children then feed into our Secondary school in Las Palmas. The school is in a beautiful, rural location but very close to the beaches and tourist resorts in the south of Gran Canaria. The class is small, with ten R/Y1 pupils and there is a nurturing, family atmosphere in the school. The position is to cover a leave of absence with immediate start.A suitable teaching qualification with QTS
At least two years teaching experience
EU citizenship or British citizenship with the right to work in SpainApplicants should:

Be excellent classroom practitioners who are caring, enthusiastic and committed.
Have recent and successful experience of teaching the EYFS/KS1 curriculum.
Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour in all children.
Be professional, reflective, creative and versátil.
Be committed to making a positive difference throughout the school.
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
