**About this opportunity**:
We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator, based at our beverage-can manufacturing plant in Agoncillo, Spain.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Build and nurture daily relations with customers
- Monitor and follow up on transport and logistics to ensure that customers receive goods on time and in full
- Ensure documentation and stocks reported to customers are correct
- Organize and follow export flows

**Required Experience**
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Sales, Commercial a Supply Chain role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of full Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills
- Team player
- Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Adaptable and adaptable approach to work and priorities




- Effective communication skills, able to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders
- Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be a plus
