- Coordinate and monitor vessel port calls and operations
- Liaise with port authorities, terminals, customs, surveyors, and vessel crews
- Manage operational and shipping documentation
- Attend vessels and support onboard operational requirements
- Coordinate port services, crew changes, and logistics arrangements
- Maintain continuous communication with clients and stakeholdersWhat are we looking for?
- Degree or vocational training in Logistics, International Trade, Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or similar
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Advanced English (minimum B2) and fluent Spanish
- Interest in shipping, logistics, and port operations
- Availability and flexibility according to operational needs
- Previous experience is valued but not essential
- Valid driving licence – the role involves attending vessels and being on-site across port operationsWhat do we offer?
