Guydeez is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable hosts to join our team in Santiago de Compostela to deliver private and personalized walking experiences for small groups of travelers.

We’re looking for passionate locals who love their city and want to share its beauty, history, and charm with visitors from around the world. No professional tour guide experience is required—just genuine enthusiasm and the ability to engage with people.

**Role Overview**
- **Position**: Freelance Tour Guide
- **Location**: Santiago de Compostela
- **Contract Type**: Freelance
- **Payment**: Fixed salary of 120 EUR/day
- **Flexibility**: Choose your own working days and hours

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead private and customized walking tours for diverse groups of travelers
- Share interesting facts and cultural insights about Santiago de Compostela’s landmarks and history




- Adapt tours to the interests and preferences of each group
- Ensure a safe, friendly, and memorable experience for all participants

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of Santiago de Compostela’s cultural and historical highlights
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Portuguese, etc.
- Open to hosting a variety of tours, typically ranging from 3 to 8 hours
- Prior experience in guiding or hosting is a plus, but not required
- Passion for food and gastronomy is a bonus—we also offer culinary experiences
