About the Role

Do you love Bilbao and enjoy sharing its culture, history, and local charm with visitors? Guydeez is seeking enthusiastic locals to lead private, personalized walking tours for small groups. No professional tour guide license is required — passion for your city and strong communication skills are what matter most.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead private walking tours lasting 3-8 hours
- Share stories, cultural insights, and local tips about Bilbao
- Adapt each tour to guests’ interests, pace, and expectations
- Deliver a welcoming, engaging, and safe experience
- Optionally host food-focused or culinary tours

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of Bilbao’s neighborhoods, landmarks, history,



and culture
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, or Chinese
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable leading small groups
- Available to host tours lasting several hours
- Previous tourism or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Passion for local cuisine is an advantage
