We are seeking an experienced Luxury Rental Advisor with a proven background in luxury sales, rentals, or client relationship management. This role is idóneo for an entrepreneurial and relationship-driven professional who is confident working with international and high-net-worth clientele relocating to or living in Barcelona, while delivering a highly personalized, white-glove rental experience.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with local and international rental clients




- Source and manage luxury rental listings across Barcelona and surrounding areas
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, and private viewings with professionalism and discretion
- Guide clients throughout the rental process from property search to contract completion
- Develop new business opportunities and landlord relationships within the luxury rental market
- Collaborate with the marketing team on social media, branding, events, and property launches
- Develop a strong personal brand and professional network within Barcelona and internationally
- Maintain strong knowledge of Barcelona’s luxury residential rental market and lifestyle sectors
- Deliver a client-first experience aligned with The Agency’s integral standards and culture

Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury sales or rentals is required
- Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, private banking, yachting, automotive, relocation, or other premium sectors is highly valued
- Fluent English is required
- Spanish is considered a strong plus
- Additional languages are highly valued
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly professional presentation and understanding of luxury client service
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Existing local or international network is considered a strong advantage
- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
