At Daimler Truck Spain, we want to hire someone to help promote our digital services in the After‑Sales area. This person will train, advise, and support our network and customers in using telematics solutions. They will also build customer relationships and support workshops in their after‑sales activities. Tasks and functions:
Digitalization:

- Training, consulting, and support for the network and customers on digital service solutions.- Communication with HQ departments responsible for digital services.- Management of digital service platforms (MyTruckPoint).

KAM:





- Developing commercial relationships with customers to sell spare parts and after‑sales services.- Support in solving problems and incidents with customers in collaboration with different areas: spare parts, S24h, warranty, technical, etc. Support for dealers and authorized workshops in their relationship with fleet customers.
