**Who We’re Looking For**

We are hiring a **full-time Real Estate Sales Advisor** to join our Lucas Fox team in **Jávea**.
- Highly **proactive** and **sales-oriented**:

- Experienced in working with **international clients**:

- Fluent in **Dutch and English** (spoken and written)
- Ambitious, motivated, and ready to grow within a **premium real estate brand**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Sourcing and **listing high-end residential properties**:

- Managing and advising **international buyers and property owners**:

- Conducting **professional property viewings**:

- Leading the entire **sales process**: from first contact to final signature
- **Negotiating deals** and ensuring a smooth transaction
- Maintaining accurate records via our **CRM system**:

- Collaborating with **marketing, legal, and admin teams**

**RequirementsMust-Haves**:





- Fluent in **Dutch and English** (spoken and written)
- Experience in **sales**, **real estate**, or **high-end customer service**:

- Strong **communication, negotiation and follow-up** skills
- Highly **self-motivated**, organised, and results-driven
- **Driving licence** and own vehicle
- Based in or near **Jávea**, or **willing to relocate**

**Valuable**:

- Previous experience in **real estate**:

- Knowledge of the **Costa Blanca** property market
- Additional languages**:Spanish**, **German**, **French**:

- Familiarity with **CRM tools** and **digital marketing**
