APPCC Elaborar, revisar y actualizar manuales AGUAS Gestionar autocontroles de consumo y piscinas FORMACIÓN Impartir cursos higiénico-sanitarios CLIENTES Asesorar al sector alimentario AUDITORÍAS Seguimiento y apoyo técnico LABORATORIO Coordinación con el equipo técnico

¿QUÉ NECESITAS?

Formación: Ciencias de los Alimentos · Biología · Veterinaria · Farmacia CFGS en Seguridad Alimentaria · Sanidad Ambiental o similar

️ Conocimientos clave:

✅ APPCC✅ Control de aguas (PCCL / PPCL)

✅ Planes de higiene✅ Formación a trabajadores

✅ Legislación sanitaria✅ Gestión documental

Perfil personal: · Organizado/a · Comunicativo/a · Con carnet B
