- Manage the hotel strategically without losing our culture, values & vision out of sight
- Know your KPIs & take actions accordingly - from budgeting to costs & revenue to cashflow
- Lead up to 100 employees and create, shape and strengthen team-spirit & teamwork
- Be present for your team, demonstrating genuine interest and fostering a supportive environment
- Be a warm & welcoming host: treat every guest with respect & care and ensure they feel at home
- Create, control & optimize SOP's to ensure smooth, daily operations and maintain qualities
- Stay creative & develop our product & guest experiences cheerfully
- Represent Bikini Hotels on Mallorca, nurturing strong, new & existing partnerships to grow our brand
- Steady communication, fruitful collaboration & reliable reporting to the Head Office
- Always up-to-date with legal regulations, hottest trends in hospitality & fresh island news
