Assisting our customers in clinical operation with emphasis in focused patient outcomes, patient care efficiencies, cost containment/reduction as well as customer value propositions.

n

Technical responsibilities may include evaluation of business processes, recommending process changes, process documentation, problem identification, hardware/software specification and/or design, change management, testing recommended strategies, identifying training needs and solution deployment.

n

Assisting in the creation and development of our consultative services.

n

Development of relevant metrics that demonstrate achievement of clinical, operational, and financial values.

n

Actively support product training and implementation through defined implementation processes, access to eLearning, onsite and remote training, and consistent follow‑up to ensure adoption and optimal utilization of our solutions/products.

n

Work as the clinical resource of the SHS Varian Alberta project implementation team as an expert in content curation, product configuration, testing, and workflow.

n

Own workflow current state to future state mapping with associated gap analysis.

n

Drive detailed requirements gathering sessions through on‑site and remote analysis and customer interviews.

n

Work with the technical implementation team in translating workflow requirements to actionable technical configuration tasks.

n

Develop and help drive customer‑specific user adoption strategies and best practices.

n

Provide onsite support during system Go‑Live and immediate post Go‑Live periods.

n

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge

n

Certified Radiation Therapist or Certified Medical Dosimetrist.

n





BSN/BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience; demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial and operational performance.

n

5+ years combined experience with oncology setting and healthcare technology vendor(s).

n

Must live in Alberta.

n

Travel up to 75%.

Expected Compensation

n

$93,000 – $132,500.

n

Vendor Credentialing and Client Access

n

Position requires full client site access and compliance with all vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of valid identification, background checks, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training, as needed by each client.
