Responsibilities

- Assist the General Manager in driving sales-related business activities and project execution
- Accompany the General Manager in client and partner meetings, supporting business communication and follow-up
- Prepare and organize client information, business documents, and reports
- Track sales project progress and coordinate internal resources
- Arrange business travel and schedules
- Handle external communication, including in English
- Perform other tasks assigned by the General Manager

Requirements

- Fluent in English (mandatory for work)
- Valid driving license and ability to drive confidently
- Willing to travel frequently within Spain and Europe
- Experience in sales, business support, xugodme or assistant roles is a plus
- Interest in the automotive industry or international trade is preferred
