We are seeking our Sales Director to strengthen this circle and serve as Ambassador of Abodego at the highest international levels. The role will report directly to the founders and form part of the small core that defines our house.

Key Responsibilities

Act as Ambassador of Abodego in international circles, representing our philosophy with the same restraint and depth that characterises our way of operating.

Travel frequently, approximately 50% of the time, to the principal international hubs to build trusted relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices and private bankers.

Attend and participate in private events, exclusive dinners and closed gatherings where lasting relationships are forged, always upholding the elegance and discretion that define us.

Expand and activate your own network of UHNW contacts to generate qualified and confidential deal flow.

Design and execute off-market introduction strategies while preserving maximum discretion and our white-glove standard.

Build, recruit and guide a small team of professionals who share our philosophy of silence as standard.





Manage the full pipeline, from the first private conversation through to closing and post-sale stewardship, with absolute restraint and elegance.

Dedicate approximately 20 % of the time to office tasks in Galicia, including private CRM management, strategic reporting and internal coordination.

Collaborate closely on selective initiatives that will elevate Abodego’s sales and positioning to the next level.

Essential Requirements

More than 15 years of proven experience in the private introduction of ultra-luxury properties, with off-market transactions preferred.

Native-level mastery of both Spanish and English; both languages will be assessed during the interview. Additional languages (French, German, Arabic, Russian) are a valued asset.

An existing personal network of UHNW contacts and a proven track record of closing high-value deals with maximum confidentiality.

Demonstrated ability to move naturally at the highest levels of decision-making and to act as ambassador for a house defined by silence and permanence.

An inspirational leadership mindset and a deep understanding of what it means to steward rather than simply sell.

Absolute discretion, natural elegance,



energy for frequent travel and strategic socialising, and complete alignment with our philosophy.

Availability to be based in Galicia with approximately 50 percent international travel and 30 percent strategic socialising.

What We Offer

Indicative compensation band of 130,000 euros to 180,000 euros gross per annum in the first year (attractive fixed base plus uncapped variable directly linked to transaction success).
