Your Role as an F&B; Intern

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will be the face of our luxury bars and restaurants. Your goal is to create unforgettable "vacation moments" for our guests.

Your daily adventures will include:

n

- Guest Interaction: Welcoming guests with a warm,



professional attitude and assisting them with menu recommendations.n

- Service Excellence: Serving food and beverages according to 5-star standards in our themed restaurants, buffets, or poolside bars.

n

- Setting the Stage: Assisting with the setup (mise-en-place) and clearing of tables to ensure a pristine dining environment.

n

- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow.

n

- Compliance: Following all health, safety, and hygiene (HACCP) regulations.

n

What We Are Looking For ??

- Education: Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or Culinary Arts degree/vocational program.

n

- Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Spanish is highly valued, and any other European languages (German, French, Dutch) are a huge plus!

n

- Attitude: A proactive, "can-do" mindset with a genuine passion for making people happy.

n

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, professional image.

n

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic resort environment.

Internship Details

- Location: Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain.

n

- Duration: Versátil (Minimum 3-6 months preferred).

n

- Type: Full-time internship (Convention/Agreement with your school is required).
