Responsibilities
- Identify and contact buyers that want to buy their dream home and/or invest in a property.
- Maintain ongoing contact with both buyers and sellers, and identify and manage new properties to be sold.
- Build long‑term customer relationships and work efficiently.
- Take initiative and work independently, offering creative solutions.
- Maintain versátil working hours; when the customer is available for a viewing, be on site at the property.
We are looking for
- Experienced and driven real estate agent who loves sales and doing business.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions.
- Driving licence and own car; fluency in English and Swedish (more or less).
- Fluency in a third language such as Dutch, German, French, Danish, Finnish or Polish is an advantage.
- Previous experience within the real estate business on this coast and a proven track record of sales is a large advantage.

Location
The area you will be working in is Costa del Sol, from Malaga to Estepona, including Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Mijas, Fuengirola, Marbella and Estepona. You will have a specific area within the district to focus on.
