**Role Overview**

**Position**: Freelance Tour Host / Local Guide
**Location**: Santiago de Compostela
**Contract Type**: Freelance / Self-Employed
**Compensation**: €120/day + performance-based bonuses
**Schedule**: Fully adaptable — choose your own availability

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead engaging private walking tours for individuals or small groups
- Share stories about Santiago de Compostela’s **history, traditions, and culture**:

- Adapt each tour to your guests’ interests and pace
- Provide a warm, safe, and memorable experience
- Represent **Guydeez** with professionalism and passion

**Requirements**:





- Strong knowledge of **Santiago de Compostela’s landmarks and culture**:

- Fluency in at least one language: Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, Portuguese, Chinese, or others
- Comfortable leading tours lasting **3-8 hours**:

- Friendly, outgoing, and reliable personality
- Bonus: passion for **local cuisine and gastronomy**:

- Experience in hospitality or tourism is a plus
