We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team. Responsibilities: * Analyze and explain financial deviations across systems, identifying root causes. * Perform variance analysis and break down results into key drivers. * Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources (e.g. SAP, CO-PA, BI/BW). * Conduct ad-hoc data validations to improve data quality and process reliability. * Ensure a clear understanding of end-to-end data flows across systems. * Propose functional improvements based on root-cause analysis. * Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial data and methodologies. Requirements: * +5 years of experience as Business Analyst in Finance/Controlling. * Strong expertise in variance analysis and root-cause analysis. * Solid understanding of financial processes and controlling. * Experience working with BI/BW tools (analysis perspective, not development). * Ability to work with data across multiple systems and ensure consistency. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice to have: * Experience with SAP CO-PA / S/4HANA environments. * Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying tools. * Experience in multinational environments.
