We are looking for an International Purchasing Assistant for a small company located in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona).

The company is looking to incorporate a person to support the purchasing area, helping with the search and contact of international suppliers, mainly in Germany and other European countries.

This role involves communication with suppliers, support in purchasing tasks and coordination with the internal team. The position may include occasional short trips within Europe to visit suppliers.

What does the company offer?

- Opportunity to join a small company with international activity.
- Salary range: between €28,000 and €32,000 gross per year.
- Working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30‑minute lunch break (1:00 PM - 1:30 PM).




- On‑site position in Cornellà de Llobregat (Barcelona).
- Occasional business travel within Europe (1‑2 short trips per month).

What will your responsibilities be?

- Contacting suppliers in English by email and phone, mainly in Germany and other European countries.
- Supporting the management and follow‑up of purchase orders.
- Coordinating with the internal team regarding purchasing needs.
- Keeping supplier and purchasing information updated.
- Occasional travel within Europe to visit suppliers (short trips of 1‑2 days).
