As a Bellman at our luxury resort, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive. You will be a warm and professional ambassador of our brand—offering assistance, guidance,

What your responsibilities are…

- You warmly welcome and bid farewell to guests, ensuring a positive and lasting impression.
n
- You assist guests with luggage during arrivals, departures, and room changes, handling belongings with care and discretion.
n
- You escort guests to their rooms, providing clear explanations of room features, resort facilities, and available services.
n
- You respond to general guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, schedules, and local information.
n
- You coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Transportation, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
n
- You assist with special guest requests in a timely, professional, and solutions-oriented manner.
n
- You help maintain order and cleanliness in entrance areas, driveways, and luggage storage areas in line with brand standards.
n
- You support traffic flow and transportation arrangements, including taxis, transfers, and valet assistance when required.
n
- You represent The Ritz-Carlton values and service standards in every guest interaction.

- You have a natural service-oriented attitude and enjoy creating meaningful guest experiences.

- Ideally, you bring previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing roles.
n
- You work well in a team and contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive environment.

- You are proactive, reliable, and attentive to detail, even during busy periods.

- You communicate comfortably in English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong advantage.
n
- You are physically able to handle luggage safely and perform an active role.

- You already hold a valid work permit for Spain.
