Are you an experienced and passionate property listing agent looking for an agency with colleagues and a management that cares and wants to help you succeed?
Responsibilities
- Contact property owners who have shown interest.
- Visit and evaluate properties for sale.
- Use creativity and drive to find both sellers and properties for sale.
- Prepare listing agreements and build long‑term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Listing Agent in Costa del Sol.
- Driven and motivated to do business.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions.
- Focus on customer, values collaboration with team, brand, partners, and has good organizing skills.
- Driver's license and own vehicle.
- Fluent Spanish and English (more or less).
- Local knowledge of the area between Malaga and Estepona is a bonus.
- Photography skills are a plus.
