**The team for you to join**
- Quality Assurance Assistant is part of Quality Assurance Team in the Production Plant located in Chiva - Valencia. She/He supports the local Quality Assurance Manager to ensure compliance with food safe requirements, executing quality management protocols, monitoring, acting on deviations, engaging in improvement initiatives. Adhere to process and methodologies to always attend the global quality standard.**What would your role look like?**
- As our new colleague, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborate in the investigation of root cause analysis of a claim
- Prepare technical documentation requested by clients: product questionnaires, client platforms, legal and product declarations
- Collaborate with the relevant areas to cover the needs of clients (Regulatory, Commercial, Global QA, etc.)
- Hygienic-sanitary inspections
- Collaborate in the training plan for workers
- Collaborate in the updating of documentation related to the SGCI
- Review of labels: ensure legal compliance with labeling
- Provide support with QA manager in audits
- Maintain Halal/Kosher status of products with certifying entities
- Cover for the QA Manager during their absence
- Responsible for initiating the management flow of a claim
- Guaranteeing the final response from clients to a claim
- Registration in the ERP of sample requests

You are fine with short deadlines in a fast-moving environment and able to make clear prioritizations.**In more details, we are looking for a person with**:

- Academic Degree in scientistic discipline (Food Science and Technologies or Biological Sciences or Pharmacy Chemistry or similar).
- Min 1 years of experience working in food industries, quality assurance department preferred.
- Knowledge in GFSI standards and HACCP system
- Basic Computer/IT skills
- Experience in document management
- Ability to work effectively in a production team environment.
- Good speech and good written ability
- Versátil attitude
- Driven by curiosity and motivation to learn and improve
- Systematic, customer and result-oriented
- Excellent English skills both written and oral
