Manufacturing Engineering Technical Assistant, Competence and Performance Manager (VIE) – Getafe, Spain.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business performance management for ME at Getafe plant, overseeing budget (€14M OpEx) and ensuring financial and operational targets are met.
- Track and analyze team performance, headcount planning, and cascade organizational targets to meet precise goals.
- Own transformation and competence strategy, ensuring workforce skills align with future industrial demands and leading semi‑annual PMER exercises.
- Provide technical assistance to the head office ME plant, including strategic decision‑making, workload‑workforce reviews, and representing Getafe ME in plant and transnational forums.
- Lead budget cascading, consolidate financial figures (FCO), and analyze Bottom‑up vs target to identify risks and opportunities.
- Compile monthly financial and non‑financial KPI reports, delivering variance analysis versus YTD targets and Year‑End Outlooks.
- Manage resource and workforce planning, monitoring monthly workforce volume (AWF) and serving as the Resource MFT focal point.
- Act as Local Subcontracting Manager, providing visibility into supplier and cluster activities and governing subcontracting portfolio (€10M).
- Oversee ODGM project portfolio, maintaining drumbeat of project milestones across plant levels.

- Produce Subcontracting & Portfolio Control dashboards, conduct yearly self‑assessments, and present guidance on organizational working methods.
