As a part of the Customer Support team, you’ll delve into the dynamic world of travel, assisting customers in navigating their bookings and ensuring unforgettable experiences.

Your role involves:

- Acting as a link between travellers and accommodation partners worldwide, fostering seamless communication and satisfaction.
- Assisting travellers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations on the platform, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Providing exemplary customer service by swiftly addressing questions and resolving issues with finesse and professionalism.

**What do you get?**:

- An annual gross salary of €22.244 for 39 hours a week (Monday to Sunday, with different shifts available).
- 2-4 weeks of paid training.
- Relocation package (flight ticket + paid studio apartment for the first month).
- Airport transportation.
- You will initially receive a temporary contract that may evolve into a permanent one based on long-term business needs.
- You will have 27 days of paid vacation each year.
