**Job Title**: Sales & Admin Support (Pre-Accounting & Quotations)

**Location**: Delmar Safety - Algeciras Office (Cortijo Real)
**Contract Type**: Full-time

**The Role**

We are looking for a **Sales & Admin Support** professional to manage **pre-accounting tasks** and **sales-related administration** at our Algeciras office. This is a key position for the daily flow of commercial and financial operations — including quotation preparation, CRM data handling, basic invoicing, and internal coordination with our outsourced accounting partner.

You will be responsible for **sales documentation from A to Z**, supporting both technical service jobs and product supply offers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, issue, and follow up on **sales quotations** for service jobs and product requests
- Coordinate **pre-accounting activities** (collecting documents, checking invoices, registering payments)
- Handle **invoicing tasks** in coordination with the outsourced accounting office




- Maintain accurate records in our **internal CRM system**:

- Track open sales cases, follow job completion status, and issue final invoices when ready
- Support general office tasks when needed (ordering supplies, shipping documents, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in sales administration, pre-accounting, or office coordination
- Solid understanding of **basic accounting processes** (quoting, invoicing, payment tracking)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English**; **Spanish** required as a second language
- Familiarity with **CRM systems** (training provided for our in-house software)
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
- Must live in or near **Algeciras** — relocation is not offered for this role
