We are looking for an On-Site Support Technician to provide service at IB Salut (Menorca) to cover a paternity leave (5 months).

**Functions**
- Resolving incidents, queries, and requests that cannot be resolved remotely from the first multi-channel line.
- On-site support for users on client computers (hardware and software).
- Ensure the continuity of technological services in the healthcare field.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced Vocational Training in Computer Science or Telecommunications, or three years of demonstrable experience in a similar position in the healthcare sector.
- Experience in resolving technical hardware and software issues.




- Capacity to provide direct service to the end user.
- Availability to work on site (Menorca).

**Valuable aspects**
- Knowledge of the healthcare environment.
- ITIL Certification (Foundation).

**Work modality and schedule**
- Modality: in-person
- Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

**Economic conditions**
- SBA: €16,576
