You will provide telephone consultation to our Italian key business customers, including restaurants, hotels, and small businesses, regarding our high-quality solutions in the field of commercial kitchen technology. You will have access to inbound calls, allowing you to actively and precisely address our customers' inquiries.

n

Your responsibilities at a glance:

n

Conducting telephone consultations (inbound calls) to advise and sell our high-quality commercial kitchen technology products to our key existing and new customers (hotels, restaurants, and small businesses)

n

Proactively advising and selling our products and product bundles through outbound calls

n

Creating individual offers, including clarifying details such as availability and conditions, in collaboration with business partners and respective teams

n

Tracking customer inquiries and individual offers until successful completion

n

Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up calls

n

Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value for our customers

n





Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the inbound process by sharing expertise and introducing innovative ideas

n

You've got

n

Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a telephone-based role

n

Experience in and with the corresponding equipment/products in the HoReCa sector

n

Strong communication skills and the ability to present yourself in a friendly and professional manner over the phone

n

You are a team player and enjoy contributing your ideas to continuously optimize customer service

n

Affinity for the gastronomy industry and an interest in technical solutions are advantageous

n

Native-level proficiency in Italian and good English and Spanish or Portuguese. skills complete your profile
