Our client delivers top-tier consulting and technology services to leading international companies running SAP, helping them tackle complex challenges across manufacturing, pharma, life sciences, chemicals, and automotive sectors.

Their team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth, offering a unique opportunity to develop as a highly skilled consultant in a supportive, diverse, and international environment.

The Data Transformation Trainee role is part of a training program based in Barcelona, designed to launch your consulting career in the EMEA region.

After your training, you will:

Contribute to regional and general transformation projects, collaborating with clients and international teams.

Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for harmonization and improvement.

Configure transformation software rules to adapt data to specific business requirements.

Validate and visualize transformed data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability.

Manage complete data objects and gradually take on client-facing responsibilities, including workshops and meetings.

Develop your career toward various consulting paths, such as Process or SAP Consulting.

Assume project management tasks and progressively lead projects to successful outcomes as your experience grows.
