IT Infrastructure Engineer – Linares (Spain)

Desay SV is growing in Europe! We’re looking for a IT Infrastucture Engineer (Regional IT / DMC role) to join our team in Linares. This role will play a key part in supporting and optimizing the network infrastructure of our production and digital systems.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide user support (VPN setup, access control, network permissions)
- Troubleshoot network issues: interruptions, latency, WiFi instability
- Maintain device configuration files and operation logs
- Monitor real-time traffic, device performance, and error logs
- Conduct proactive health checks on network devices (CPU, memory, port status)
- Generate WiFi heatmaps and identify signal blind spots
- Optimize wireless APs (power/channel), prioritize bandwidth for business apps
- Apply firmware updates and security patches
- Implement network changes (VLANs, routing), validate connectivity and policies
- Maintain version control of network configurations
- Execute credential rotation policies, draft network manuals (in Spanish)
- Perform quarterly network security baseline checks

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years’ experience in network operation & maintenance




- Familiar with system development and integration C# JAVA
- Participation in enterprise or data center network deployment projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications: CCNP Enterprise , CWNA/CWSP preferred
- Strong skills in monitoring and performance optimization tools
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required). Chinese is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, initiative, results-oriented mindset
