Lead of Destination Experience:
San Sebastián

About Roam Collective

Roam Collective creates extended summer experiences in Europe for modern working families who want to live abroad without sacrificing work, connection, or ease.

We combine thoughtfully designed childcare aligned with U.S. work hours, immersive local experiences, and intentional community to help families slow down, connect deeply, and experience summer differently.

Our approach is hospitality-first, community-centered, and deeply rooted in working with local partners and small businesses so our presence positively contributes to the places we operate.

About the Role

We're hiring a Lead of Destination Experience for San Sebastián to be the primary on-the-ground leader for our Summer 2026 collective.

You'll be the main point of contact for families, the bridge between Roam Collective and local partners, and the person responsible for ensuring the experience feels seamless, welcoming, and deeply connected to San Sebastián.

This is not a behind-the-scenes operations role. It's a people-facing leadership position for someone who knows San Sebastián well and loves bringing meaningful experiences to life.
