Sales Manager – Real Estate Marbella
We are a well-established real estate brokerage in
Marbella
, now looking to recruit an
experienced Sales Manager
to take our company to the next level.
PLEASE NOTE:
This role is
on-site in Marbella
.
Only candidates currently based in Marbella or with proven professional experience in the Marbella real estate market will be considered.
Requirements (Mandatory):
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager
within real estate
- Documented experience working in the Marbella property market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and scale a sales team
- Solid understanding of high-end residential sales, client acquisition, and deal closing
- Fluent in
English
(Spanish is a strong advantage)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team on a daily basis
- Drive sales performance, structure processes, and improve conversion rates
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Actively participate in high-value negotiations and key client relationships
- Work closely with management to expand the brand and market presence in Marbella

Compensation:
Multiple commission structures available depending on role and experience 2 different option
1. Base salary + commission options available for managers
