Administer and monitor the accounting system in order to ensure that the office finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner, assisting with preparation of budget, reconciling general ledger, bank statements, maintaining supplier accounts: General Expenses and Fixed Assets.Produce routine reports, schedules, and summaries of data in order to support functional activities. Work within internal procedures and standards with clear guidance in order to complete assigned tasks.Plan and prioritise own activities to ensure specific instructions are completed and time is utilised effectively.Management and control of invoices, vendors, contracts,
outsourcing, Business Trips, Entertainment, meetings. Report to Head of Department.Support to internal and external inspections.Administrative support to all branches in Iberia RegionReception Back-upAssumes other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
