Worldsensing products have been pioneering the industrial IoT since 2008. We’re looking for an outstanding Sales Analyst to join the Product Sales team in our Barcelona office.
Founded in 2008, Worldsensing works with more than 200 engineering service providers worldwide to help them improve geotechnical, geospatial and structural monitoring in mining, construction,
rail and critical infrastructure management.
With over 1,000 networks deployed worldwide and connecting over 65,000 sensors to the Internet of Things, our Loadsensing product is the leader in the IoT remote monitoring space. The Loadsensing monitoring solution includes best-in-class edge devices, LoRa-based wireless connectivity and a cloud-based connectivity management platform. We also join forces with key industry players to offer software applications and solutions which engineering service providers use to add value to end customers.
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Sales Analyst to join our multicultural Barcelona office.

The Mission:
Worldsensing is looking for a Sales Analyst that will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing insights and analyses on various aspects of the business operations. In this role,
you will determine the effectiveness of sales strategies, assess market conditions, and identify sales trends, while compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data. The idea is to be able to provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams, contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
This is an individual contributor role based in Barcelona.
Responsibilities:
- Use data analysis tools to analyse sales trends and provide insights to support the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the sales team and make recommendations for improvement.
- Review sales data and provide forecasts for sales revenue, product volume, and other metrics to help the sales team plan and execute their strategies effectively.
- Analyse market trends and customer preferences to develop actionable insights and recommendations for the sales team.
- Prepare and present presentations and reports on sales performance to senior executives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new sales strategies to drive growth and increase profitability.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotions by providing insights on customer behaviour and preferences.

- Work in line with the quality requirements as defined in the documentation based on the processes, sub-processes, instructions,
or any others defined in the integrated corporate management system’s documents.

- Comply with the policies and procedures of the information security management system, information classification, acceptable asset use, network access, and password management at the company.
- Report the information security incidents when detected to the direct manager and/or the security officer.
- Environment:
- Comply with the environmental instructions and the obligations related to the environmental aspects of their position, particularly proper waste separation.
- Comply with the processes defined at the company regarding environmental protection.
- Participate in the system’s activities, including the emergency training, awareness-raising, and planning as required.
- Report the environmental incidents to the environmental manager.
- Training:
- Raise awareness in terms of quality and the environment.
- Raise awareness in terms of information security.
- Participate in any other training proposed by the compliance and human resources department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales analysis, data analysis, or another related field.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical analysis software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent level of English.
